Jay, a jobless 34 year old male, finds himself locked up in the loo of a stranger. Unable to come to terms with his solitary confinement he begins rambling and through the course of the monologue we not only get to know about Jay, but he also makes us see things about ourselves that we would be unwilling to accept…that make us uncomfortable. In fact he takes pleasure in offending us. But where is the stranger who put Jay in the loo? What hopes does he have of getting out? This monologue premiered in Poona in the year 2000.
